About the role
The Dealer Manager (Buy Now Pay Later) will lead and expand PalmPay’s dealer network in the Lagos Island territory. You will ensure that dealers meet sales targets, uphold brand standards and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Train and support dealers on product knowledge, pricing and promotions.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess operations, branding and compliance.
- Resolve dealer issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Analyse sales data to spot growth opportunities and concerns.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on performance, market trends and competitors.
- Enforce company policies, pricing structures and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and team‑coordination skills.
- Willingness to work both in the field and office.
