About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead the Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later dealer network across the assigned territory, ensuring that each dealer meets sales targets, upholds brand standards and delivers excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers to expand the network.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs, providing regular feedback.
- Develop and execute dealer‑specific sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Train dealers on product knowledge, pricing, promotions and compliance requirements.
- Conduct field visits to assess branding, merchandising and operational standards.
- Resolve dealer issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Analyse sales data to spot growth opportunities and areas of concern.
- Prepare periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends and competitor activity.
- Enforce company policies, pricing structures and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in dealer management, distribution or sales channel development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Good understanding of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Ability to work independently in both field and office environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
