Country Operations Technical Project Advisor I

About the role

The Country Operations Technical Project Advisor I will support the design, implementation and adaptation of the Delivering Innovation in Self‑Care (DISC) project across multiple countries. Working remotely, the advisor will translate guidance, train partners and ensure quality of care, quality assurance and demand generation are embedded in each market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt implementation guidance, training materials and coaching plans for internal and external partners.
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality of care and quality assurance standards.
• Monitor performance data against budget allocations and use insights to guide implementation adjustments.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for scaling DISC interventions.
• Build and maintain partnerships with ministries of health, provider networks and other stakeholders to sustain impact.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to live and work in one of the listed DISC operating countries.
• Experience in project management or technical advisory roles within global health or public‑health programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
