About the role
Join Holt Renfrew’s culinary team and prepare high‑quality meals in a fast‑paced, luxury retail environment. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will ensure every dish meets the brand’s standards while delivering swift service to internal clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook all meals according to the Executive Chef’s direction.
- Follow food‑handling, health and safety regulations at all times.
- Control food waste and maintain efficient inventory usage.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and safe prep and storage areas.
- Record quantities used and assist with ordering food and supplies.
- Ensure proper rotation of perishable stock.
- Comply with all health and safety policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Culinary school graduate.
- 3‑5 years of cooking experience, preferably in a team‑oriented setting.
Required skills
- Food safety compliance.
- Inventory management.
- Proficiency in standard kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
