About the role

RAPP is looking for a Content Author who will be responsible for building and maintaining web pages that reflect the brand’s individual‑focused philosophy. The role blends content creation, web integration and basic SEO to ensure a seamless digital experience for audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate modules and configure web pages using the company’s CMS.
• Localise and upload content, including images, newsletters and multimedia assets.
• Perform webmastering tasks such as page setup, SEO moderation and site archiving.
• Participate in end‑to‑end testing, user acceptance testing and launch activities.
• Maintain site administration, provide workload estimates and raise alerts proactively.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ICT or a related field (desired).
• Proven experience with service‑management tools such as HPSAW, JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Ability to follow established processes to deliver high‑quality support.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT or information systems environment (desirable).
