About the role
The Communication Executive will support the communication team in planning, developing and executing public and press relations, events, brand activation and content production for a luxury hotel group. The role aims to boost brand awareness, reputation and stakeholder relationships across the Indian Ocean hospitality portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement PR campaigns with agencies, manage press releases, media advisories and maintain media contact lists.
- Coordinate media visits, press trips and organise press events, launches and other PR activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across brochures, newsletters, presentations, press kits and other communication materials.
- Support photo and video shoot production, proofread and edit content for accuracy.
- Draft internal communications, handle copy‑writing and translation requests.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies and evaluate PR campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in corporate event planning, supplier liaison and post‑event evaluation.
- Support advertising and media planning, budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with global PR offices to maintain consistent branding.
