About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant, located in Avari Tower, Karachi. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to develop culinary skills in a vibrant Japanese dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese and international dishes.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Support mise en place, ingredient preparation, and plating to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Help with inventory checks and proper storage of food items.

Required skills
