Clinical Affiliations Coordinator

About the role

The Clinical Affiliations Coordinator supports Saint Louis University’s School of Nursing by managing relationships with clinical education partners and ensuring smooth operation of student clinical experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain tracking systems, process and update affiliation contracts, and set up new clinical sites using college platforms.
• Establish and sustain affiliation agreements for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.
• Complete clinical agency reporting, including vaccination documentation.
• Monitor student compliance with clinical requirements (vaccinations, certifications) and communicate any issues.
• Manage the Clinical Agency Requirements Canvas course in partnership with the Clinical Resource Coordinator.
• Coordinate EMR access, security badge requests, and student information submissions for clinical partners.
• Oversee clinical rotation requests across the School of Nursing and manage participation in the myClinicalExchange platform.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in community relations, partnership development, or related fields.
• Previous experience in an academic or healthcare setting.

Required skills

• Canvas learning management system.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.
• myClinicalExchange platform.
