About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the sales function of a Business Center in Batangas, driving growth and ensuring long‑term sustainability. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with the Retail Banking Group’s overall objectives while building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Analyze market conditions, competitor movements and identify new sales opportunities.
- Grow the customer base through internal and external sales initiatives.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely service of their financial needs.
- Collaborate with business units to align sales efforts with overall banking goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
- Strong team player with a passion for banking and customer relationship management.
- Experience in strategic planning, management and financial management.
