BPO Trainer – Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic BPO Trainer to lead learning initiatives, shape future leaders, and enhance the capabilities of our workforce. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support both operational excellence and employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Design, create, review, and update training plans, agendas, manuals, workshops, and video materials.
• Facilitate in‑person or virtual sessions covering onboarding, technical skills, soft‑skill development, updates, upskilling and cross‑skilling.
• Assess training effectiveness and trainee performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documents, SOPs, guides, trackers, and other support documentation.
• Maintain training records, schedule sessions, attend reviews, calibrations, and meetings, and generate related reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training & Development or a related field.
• College graduate or at least two years of college education.
• Background in freight forwarding or customs brokerage is a plus.
• Willingness to work on public holidays/festivals if required and to adapt to flexible schedules.
• Strong time‑management skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with other teams.
• Ready to start immediately and able to be assigned to Ortigas (Pasig City) or Cubao (Quezon City).
