Beverage Manager

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of the company’s core values, adapting them to the local culture.
• Develop and align business strategies with the pillars People First, Local All The Way, and The Environment.
• Maintain and reinforce company culture, ensuring legal compliance and a positive employee experience.
• Foster transparent communication and cross‑departmental collaboration.
• Lead and support staff, promoting a safe and engaging workplace.
• Oversee daily operations of beverage outlets, ensuring polished, guest‑centred service.
• Design and update drink menus (cocktails, wine, beer, non‑alcoholic) with focus on flavor balance, presentation, trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Implement zero‑waste cocktail concepts and sustainability practices.
• Manage inventory, purchasing and cost efficiency, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
• Ensure accurate POS recording of all sales and transactions.
