Beauty Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will represent Dior within Holt Renfrew’s luxury environment, building lasting relationships with clients and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and provide assortment recommendations.
• Participate in all product and brand training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and cybersecurity policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Highly collaborative and able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
