Beauty Advisor – Luxury Cosmetics

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will represent the Victoria Beckham beauty line within Holt Renfrew’s luxury environment. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales through expert product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service that reflects the brand’s prestige.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets.
• Develop a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and the selling manager.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and provide assortment recommendations.
• Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, email, and mail regarding events, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Two or more years of experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certification may be required for certain brands.
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred.
