About the role
The Beauty Advisor will represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand within Holt Renfrew, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service and consistently exceed personal and brand sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
- Share expert product knowledge with the store team and act as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and the selling manager.
- Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost brand sales.
- Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
- Communicate with personal clients via phone, mail, or electronic methods regarding events, requests, and follow‑ups.
- Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets, with at least two years of commission‑based sales experience.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
- Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred.
