Beauty Advisor – Charlotte Tilbury

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand within Holt Renfrew, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and consistently exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a loyal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team and act as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and the selling manager.
• Identify marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments to boost brand sales.
• Attend all product‑knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, mail, or electronic methods regarding events, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with selling management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets, with at least two years of commission‑based sales experience.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Make‑up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
• Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred.
