About the role

Join the Travel Agents & Tourist Guides (TATG) division and help shape Singapore’s vibrant travel industry. The role focuses on driving technology adoption, managing key travel‑agent accounts and supporting initiatives that showcase Singapore’s tourism story.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology transformation across Singapore’s travel‑agent ecosystem, develop and refresh technology strategies, identify digital gaps and launch innovation programmes.
• Manage a portfolio of travel‑agent accounts across segments such as MICE and online travel agencies, conduct landscape scans and develop targeted market‑development initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, industry associations (e.g., NATAS) and government agencies (IMDA, EDB) to strengthen the sector’s productivity and competitiveness.
• Administer grant schemes and support programmes that enhance capabilities of travel‑agent partners.
• Collaborate with technology partners to integrate cutting‑edge solutions and promote sustainable growth.

• Strong understanding of the travel‑agent landscape and emerging traveller demands.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with industry bodies and government agencies.
