Warehouse Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Lead to oversee all warehouse activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role ensures efficient material handling, strict compliance with GMP and safety standards, and seamless coordination with production and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and perform regular stock reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FEFO/FIFO, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily operations with Production, QA, QC, and Supply Chain departments.
• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee day‑to‑day operational activities.
• Maintain precise documentation and ERP records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field (Pharmacist background is a plus).
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience in pharmaceutical or capsule manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and warehouse operations.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• ERP/SAP proficiency.
