Travel Agent (Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Travel Agent on a fixed‑term basis to manage employee travel requests, coordinate bookings, and handle expense reporting. You will act as the main point of contact for travelers, ensuring smooth planning and clear communication throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Review travel forms submitted by employees and plan trips accordingly.
• Share travel itineraries with employees for review and make adjustments as needed.
• Obtain travel approvals from management using the official company travel request form.
• Make all necessary travel bookings and ensure documentation is stored in the appropriate folders.
• Receive expense reports, accurately input data into the company’s expense management system, and conduct first consistency checks.
• Follow up on expense claims and provide clear communication regarding the status of submissions and travel arrangements.
• Identify and suggest process or tool improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in expense management, travel coordination, booking management, or a similar administrative role.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling forms, travel arrangements, and data entry.
