Telemarketing Representative

About the role

Island Finance LLC is seeking a Telemarketing Representative to join its call‑center team. You will engage existing and prospective customers by phone, using predictive dialing technology to promote the company’s consumer loan products and related financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to customers using a predictive dialer.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable financial solutions while adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of post‑secondary education, preferably in Business Administration.
• At least three years of experience in sales or telephone‑based telemarketing.
• Dynamic, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑driven and comfortable working with automated systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
