Talent Academy Quality Internship – Automation Project

About the role

This is a three‑month, fully paid internship at 3M in Wrocław, focused on supporting the digitalisation of the Quality department. Interns will work on automating laboratory processes, extending the use of existing software tools, and reducing paper‑based records by implementing electronic systems such as SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the automation of laboratory measurement devices using Power Automate.
• Expand the functional scope of current software applications within the Quality area.
• Implement electronic documentation solutions to replace paper records, primarily through SAP.
• Analyse quality data and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide daily support to Quality Engineers on routine tasks.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving quality processes.

Required profile

• Final‑year students or recent graduates of technical fields (e.g., Computer Science, Automation, Engineering).
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Creative, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team.
