Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to join our fast‑moving Supply Chain and Operations team. You will help clients transform their end‑to‑end supply chain by providing data‑driven insights, designing operating models and ensuring seamless interaction across planning, procurement, manufacturing and fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer quotes and orders: analyse requirements, generate quotations, create orders in the client system and communicate any constraints on quantity or lead‑time.
• Maintain accurate customer information and handle order exceptions in line with contract policies.
• Coordinate the “supply chain drumbeat” to guarantee on‑time delivery of materials, liaising with engineering, warehouse, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Respond to basic logistics, quality, engineering and finance queries from customers after order placement.
• Track part numbers, manage collection calls, logistics and transport, and resolve missing‑part issues.
• Identify materials that require export licences or customs clearance and ensure compliance.
• Provide after‑sales support and follow‑up on order status.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a procurement strategist or advisor with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to break down complex problems, perform root‑cause analysis and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
• High energy, resilience and a passion for continuous learning and client service.
