About the role

Saint Louis University is seeking a Supervisor to lead its Parking, ID, and Administrative Services. This position provides overall leadership for the administrative, financial, and customer‑service functions that support campus parking, card services, and transportation programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative leadership for parking, ID card services, and transportation support functions.
  • Manage and optimize departmental systems, including software and hardware for permit management, revenue collection, access control, and financial tracking.
  • Oversee financial operations such as revenue monitoring, expense management, invoice verification, reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Supervise staff, handling hiring, scheduling, payroll approval, performance management, and policy enforcement.
  • Lead customer‑service operations, respond to inquiries and complaints, and manage the parking citation adjudication process.
  • Collaborate with campus departments and stakeholders to improve the overall parking, ID, and transportation experience.
  • Partner with the Manager of Campus Transportation & Parking Operations to align priorities and coordinate initiatives.
  • Evaluate services, processes, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and accountability in financial transactions, reporting, and revenue controls.

Required profile

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • At least two years of related work experience.
  • Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer‑service orientation with the ability to respond tactfully and professionally.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to multitask, be self‑starting, and communicate information clearly.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening upon hire and throughout employment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
