Sourcing Analyst – Procurement Operations

About the role

The Sourcing Analyst will support AB InBev’s procurement teams by executing operational sourcing activities, managing contracts, and driving value‑creation initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective sourcing across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute transactional and quick‑win sourcing projects, including RFI/RFP, e‑auctions and face‑to‑face negotiations.
• Implement, review, and manage contracts, price adjustments, invoicing escalations and contract renewals.
• Identify internal requirements, explore market options and engage suppliers to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with global and regional procurement policies, maintain audit trails and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects such as procurement excellence programs and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and resolve contract/PO issues, claims and terminations.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in management, procurement or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret sourcing results and cost models.
• Project‑management experience handling cross‑country, cross‑functional scopes.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑auction tools and other procurement software.
