Solution Engineer Pleno

About the role

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet is looking for a Solution Engineer Pleno to design, implement and support customized software solutions for our clients across Latin America. You will work closely with sales, product development and support teams to ensure successful deployments that meet customer goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and install tailored software solutions based on client needs and technical requirements.
• Create detailed implementation plans derived from gathered requirements.
• Lead the implementation process, configuring, installing and integrating D&B products and services.
• Provide post‑installation follow‑up, technical guidance and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
• Act as liaison between clients, sales, product development and support to ensure clear communication.
• Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on solution usage and maintenance.
• Produce documentation, manuals and guides to help clients understand and use the product effectively.
• Test system performance, fix bugs and perform quality checks to meet client expectations and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience in related areas.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to think about big‑picture software solutions.
