Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Capex Funds is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and mentor its engineering team remotely. You will drive technology adoption, design scalable distributed systems, and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact projects that support our fintech accelerator services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee software development initiatives and manage engineering teams.
• Mentor developers, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Design and implement scalable, high‑performance distributed systems.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies and best‑practice architecture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical goals with business objectives.
• Deliver complex software projects on schedule and within scope.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in software development and design, delivering robust solutions.
• Strong team‑leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience building end‑to‑end SaaS products and managing your own team.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Familiarity with capital markets or fintech startups is a plus.
