Senior Security Consultant (Offensive Security)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Consultant specializing in offensive security to deliver client‑facing assessments. You will work closely with the Lead Penetration Tester and CISO to plan, execute, and report on penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and threat‑hunting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lead Penetration Tester in scoping and executing client engagements.
• Define testing strategies, methodologies, and rules of engagement.
• Perform penetration testing on web applications, networks, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and validate findings through manual testing.
• Assist in red‑team or adversary simulation exercises under guidance.
• Execute proactive threat hunting, analyzing logs, endpoint data, and network traffic.
• Monitor dark‑web sources, forums, and platforms for data leaks and credential exposure.
• Correlate external intelligence with internal findings to improve risk visibility.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and present results to client stakeholders.
• Support re‑testing to validate remediation and contribute to internal playbooks and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or equivalent experience.
• 6–7 years of hands‑on penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or offensive security.
• Experience in a client‑facing or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of network, application, and system security architectures.
• Familiarity with OSINT, threat intelligence, or dark‑web monitoring is a plus.
