About the role
We are looking for a Senior Purchasing Specialist to lead supplier coordination and manage purchase orders for APAC projects. You will act as the primary liaison between strategic suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic suppliers, conduct periodic performance evaluations, and resolve issues.
- Manage and monitor purchase orders for APAC regional projects, coordinate with import/export teams, and track shipment status.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls, maintain regional pricing consistency, and support finance for timely payments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, review system requests from country teams, and optimise supply‑chain processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience, preferably in F&B or retail.
- Strong organisational ability, multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
