Senior Project Manager

About the role

Eccon Prime Industries Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead fit‑out construction projects on‑site in Quezon City. This full‑time position will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design conceptualisation to final hand‑over, ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, designers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Resolve project challenges and mitigate risks.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and nurture strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience in expediting, inspection and logistics management.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Quezon City.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP are an advantage.
• Prior experience in the fit‑out or construction industry is highly desirable.
