About the role

As a Senior Manager in the Digital Growth team at s360, you will act as the strategic partner for ambitious fashion and lifestyle brands, turning digital strategy into measurable results. You will own client portfolios, drive holistic digital campaigns, and collaborate with specialist teams to deliver top‑tier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands, serving as their strategic business sparring partner.
• Develop holistic digital strategies, media plans, and identify new project opportunities.
• Project‑manage complex campaigns, set budgets, and ensure excellent client governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal social, programmatic, search, measurement, and AI teams to execute campaigns.
• Continuously monitor performance and uncover growth opportunities for clients.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish and English.
• 3+ years of experience in an agency, management consulting, or e‑commerce environment.
• Hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, paid social, or organic social.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to manage budgets across paid, organic, and influencer channels.
• Empathetic, trusted partner who can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
