Senior Learning & Development Partner

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Global Learning & Development, this senior individual‑contributor role is responsible for assessing organizational needs, shaping enterprise learning strategies, and delivering high‑impact development solutions. You will join a global team that provides learning and skills development for all employees, working primarily during U.S. business hours while supporting audiences across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Assess organizational and business needs to define enterprise‑level learning strategies and develop outcome‑driven solutions.
• Own and lead end‑to‑end delivery of learning programs such as new manager training, leadership workshops, and core skill‑building series, including planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and evaluation.
• Facilitate live, instructor‑led training sessions for global audiences in virtual and in‑person settings.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning solutions across virtual, in‑person, and digital formats, creating presentation slides, facilitator guides, job aids, and simple digital resources.
• Apply instructional design principles—including microlearning, adult learning theory, and scenario‑based design—to create clear and practical learning experiences.
• Translate business challenges into effective learning approaches, recommending the appropriate mix of facilitated, digital, and blended solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional L&D teams, business stakeholders, and subject‑matter experts to ensure alignment and impact.

Required profile

• Senior‑level learning professional with proven experience delivering end‑to‑end learning programs.
• Strong facilitator who can engage global audiences in live sessions.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones, with a primary focus on U.S. business hours.
• Excellent program ownership and execution skills, from design through evaluation.
