About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Senior Business Process Specialist to bridge the gap between high‑level process strategy and daily execution at Checkout.com. You will work closely with functional SMEs and Senior Process Architects to translate broad designs into clear, user‑friendly Standard Operating Procedures and champion change management across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and friction points through shadowing, interviews, and data analysis.
- Translate high‑level architectural designs into step‑by‑step Standard Operating Procedures, flowcharts, diagrams, and implementation guides.
- Identify and implement AI‑driven and automation solutions to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- Monitor adoption rates after launch, provide targeted support, and adjust processes as needed.
- Act as the “voice of the user” to leadership, explaining practical challenges and recommending improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement where team members feel comfortable suggesting changes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Improvement.
- Experience in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear steps.
