Senior Architect – Lead Technical Coordination

About the role

The Senior Architect will drive project excellence by leading technical coordination and delivery of architectural projects from design development through site completion. Reporting to the Principal/Managing Director, the role combines strong design sensibility with hands‑on supervision of construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Convert concept designs into fully coordinated Revit drawings ready for construction.
• Coordinate technical inputs with structural and MEP engineers while maintaining cost awareness.
• Review drawings and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with quantity surveyors on bills of quantities and manage the tender process.
• Administer building contracts on behalf of the client and supervise contractor works on site.
• Chair site meetings, prepare post‑meeting communications, conduct inspections, and produce snag lists and as‑built drawings.
• Lead and mentor project teams across multiple concurrent engagements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of cost‑aware design coordination with structural, MEP, and quantity surveying disciplines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail throughout project phases.
