About the role
The client is a fast‑scaling AI‑augmented services company that delivers large‑scale BPO, managed services and headcount‑based outsourcing to global enterprises. They are seeking a Senior Account Director on an advisory basis to leverage an existing network of senior decision‑makers and generate qualified opportunities for seven‑figure outsourced contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage senior buyers of BPO, KPO, RPO and other headcount‑based services across financial services, data providers and technology firms.
- Facilitate warm introductions and qualified meetings that can lead to multi‑million dollar contracts.
- Provide strategic guidance on positioning the client’s AI‑first service model to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the client’s sales, product and engineering teams to ensure alignment of solution offerings.
- Maintain a pipeline of high‑value prospects and report progress on a regular basis.
Required profile
- Proven track record of selling large‑scale BPO or managed services contracts (seven‑figure +).
- Current, active relationships with senior decision‑makers who control outsourced services spend.
- Deep understanding of the BPO market and the value of AI‑augmented service delivery.
- Ability to operate independently on a retainer‑based advisory engagement.

- Network of senior executives in finance, data, and technology sectors.
- Strategic account planning and negotiation.
