About the role
The Brink’s Company is seeking an accomplished Sales Support Officer to join its team in Solitude. In this position you will manage administrative tasks for a portfolio of clients, support invoicing and sales reporting, and ensure smooth client interactions throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety, and internal policies.
- Administer all sales activities, supporting conversion of prospects to clients.
- Prepare tenders and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to maintain data accuracy.
- Handle client communications, proposals, contracts, and follow‑up letters.
- Maintain contract administration, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Update customer details and manage KYC documentation in line with procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement of departmental tools and processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Management or Marketing.
- Proven experience in sales administration within a service‑oriented company of similar size.
- Strong command of English and French, both oral and written.
- Honesty, integrity, organization, autonomy, and effective teamwork.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Use of telephone communication tools.
- Basic accounting knowledge and comfort with figures.
- Experience preparing contracts and handling KYC documentation.
