Sales Promoter – Mobile Installment Financing

About the role

Flexi Microfinance Bank is expanding its Mobile Installment product nationwide and needs enthusiastic, customer‑focused Sales Promoters to work from designated 3C HUB retail outlets in Port Harcourt. You will engage walk‑in customers, promote phone financing solutions and guide them through onboarding and application.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage walk‑in customers at 3C HUB locations to promote the mobile installment financing product.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria and financing terms clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with onboarding, application submission and required documentation.
• Provide accurate information, answer inquiries and resolve concerns for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with store staff and Flexi MFB operations to ensure efficient loan processing and approvals.
• Track daily leads, applications, conversions and other sales metrics.
• Follow up with pending customers to complete applications and secure final approvals.
• Maintain compliance with sales guidelines, customer verification and KYC requirements.
• Represent the Flexi MFB brand professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, NCE or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in sales, field marketing, retail banking or telecom product sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets (preferred).
• Computer literacy and proficiency with smartphones or digital onboarding tools.
• Result‑driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
