Remote Recruitment Assistant

About the role

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Recruitment Assistants. In this full‑time position you will support the hiring process by engaging with candidates, conducting initial screenings, and helping coordinate interviews for a variety of open roles.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to job applicants and prospective candidates.
• Screen candidates using company guidelines and qualification checklists.
• Explain job opportunities and answer applicant questions professionally.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Update candidate records and application statuses in CRM and ATS systems.
• Follow recruitment scripts and communication workflows accurately.
• Maintain daily productivity and outreach goals.
• Assist with additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone for extended periods.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Positive attitude and professional communication style.
• Previous experience in customer support, call center, recruiting, appointment setting, or virtual assistance is a plus but not required.
