About the role

We are looking for remote recruiters to join RecXchange, a global collaboration platform that connects independent recruiters with live client vacancies. You will work from anywhere, focusing on sourcing and presenting qualified candidates for a range of international roles.

Key responsibilities

• Access and review live global vacancies posted on the RecXchange platform.
• Submit candidate profiles into active hiring processes.
• Collaborate with other recruiters on shared opportunities.
• Earn placement fees of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.

Required profile

• Current or former agency recruiter, freelance recruiter, or professional with a strong candidate network.
• Experience sourcing and placing candidates across various industries.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Required skills

• Candidate sourcing and screening.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
