Remote Candidate Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Candidate Outreach Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by engaging with potential applicants, conducting initial communications, and helping manage candidate pipelines for remote positions. This fully remote, full‑time role offers the opportunity to grow within talent acquisition, staffing, or customer engagement functions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound outreach and recruitment calls to prospective candidates.
• Communicate available job opportunities and hiring details.
• Perform initial qualification checks and basic screening.
• Coordinate interview scheduling for qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update outreach activity in internal systems.
• Follow established recruitment communication standards and workflows.
• Track candidate responses and pipeline activity, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Provide administrative support to recruitment teams and handle additional recruiting tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and phone skills.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound communication.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection, electricity, computer, and mobile phone.
• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer support, call‑center operations, or HR support preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or recruitment platforms is a plus.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.
