Remote Call Center Representative (Home-Based)

About the role

Motor Medicals Ltd is seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Representative to join its home‑based team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, support patients and clients, and perform essential administrative tasks while collaborating with a UK‑based administrative team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients and clients promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or patients as needed.
• Enter and manage data in Microsoft Excel, including record keeping and reporting.
• Communicate clearly with the UK administrative team to coordinate activities.
• Resolve inquiries and issues using active listening and problem‑solving techniques.
• Balance call handling with administrative duties while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Handle conflicts calmly and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in call handling or administrative support.
• Strong active‑listening, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Confident phone manner and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable PC or laptop with a stable internet connection.
