Python Engineer (AI/ML) – Level I-II

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Python Engineer with a focus on AI/ML to design, develop, and optimise intelligent systems and data‑driven solutions. The role involves building machine‑learning models and backend services in Python while working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI/ML solutions, including functional and process design, scenario mapping and testing.
• Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and data stores (NoSQL and relational databases).
• Collaborate with the Solutions Delivery team to assess AI market trends, competitor landscape and integration opportunities.
• Support research and development initiatives aligned with the company’s AI strategy.
• Analyse and communicate AI/ML outcomes while upholding ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience building and deploying complex AI/ML solutions.
• Proven ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing.
• Frameworks such as TensorFlow and libraries for R.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• REST API development.
• NoSQL and relational database design and optimisation.
