Programme Assistant – National Innovation Agency

About the role

The National Innovation Agency, established by the Ministry of Public Service Efficiency and Digital Transformation in Togo, is seeking a Programme Assistant to support the design and implementation of its innovation ecosystem. Working closely with the Agency’s leadership, you will help coordinate the Tech Hub, national knowledge network, and municipal innovation pods.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in shaping and updating the national innovation strategy.
• Coordinate activities among ecosystem actors, including startups, SMEs, and government partners.
• Support the operation of the Tech Hub as a centre of excellence for research, entrepreneurship, and digital talent development.
• Help manage the national knowledge network that links innovation pods across all 117 municipalities.
• Facilitate business advisory services, training programmes, and market‑intelligence activities for startups and SMEs.
• Prepare reports, briefing notes, and documentation for senior officials and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Submit an English‑language CV.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and innovation ecosystems.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, government‑focused environment.
