Product Costing Analyst

About the role

3M Global Service Center in Manila is looking for a Product Costing Analyst to join its Finance team. The analyst will be the primary point of contact for product costing activities across 3M subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely cost data for new materials and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily product costing for new materials and activate them for subsidiaries.
• Check and analyze master data set‑up and landing conditions.
• Investigate standard cost variances and communicate errors to relevant parties.
• Run, document, and release costing simulations and annual costing activities.
• Handle SAP product costing tickets, monthly re‑costing, and support SAP migration approvals.
• Create and update SOPs, work instructions, and job aids.
• Maintain compliance with 3M Financial Standards, SOX, and other regulations.
• Engage in ad‑hoc activities such as internal/external audits and tax audits.

Required profile

• Accounting degree with at least 2 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting, internal controls, and material master data.
• Experience with standard costing and shared service centers in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
