Process Engineer – Manufacturing (HcP/MFE2.12)

About the role

As a Process Engineer at Bosch's Ho Chi Minh City plant, you will support the production line by maintaining and improving operational documentation and process controls. You will work closely with operators, senior engineers, and technical functions to ensure high quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Operational Documentation Set (ODS) to align with P‑FMEA and Control Plan standards.
• Update and keep the process P‑FMEA current, seeking senior‑engineer advice when needed.
• Implement process, equipment, or part changes (with or without Engineering Change Requests) to improve cycle time, quality, safety, and cost.
• Execute and follow up on FAT and SAT projects under supervision.
• Handle internal quality complaints from Manufacturing Operations.
• Optimize machine and equipment (MAE) for safety and performance.
• Resolve product‑quality issues using existing tools and reaction plans.
• Maintain process capacity metrics such as cycle time and reject rate against targets.
• Share practical experience with colleagues and collaborate with Technical Function (TEF3) teams.
• Monitor and understand Cpk values and maintain the SPC system according to work instructions.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Required profile

• Engineer or Bachelor degree in Material, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; experience as a Process Engineer is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of process control tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and Cpk.
