About the role

The Personal Shopper role at Holt Renfrew is the pinnacle of sales and service in luxury fashion. Working in an inspiring, fashion‑driven environment, you will build and nurture high‑value client relationships while delivering the brand’s “Create the Extraordinary” experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell complete wardrobes, guiding customers from head to toe.
• Attract new clients and introduce them to Holt Renfrew’s offerings.
• Demonstrate product and style expertise to meet customer needs.
• Maintain private shopping suites to visual standards.
• Exceed sales and service targets, generating a minimum of $1.5 M in annual sales.
• Develop and retain a loyal personal client base.
• Keep customer profiles up‑to‑date in Holt Renfrew systems.
• Participate in all product knowledge and vendor training sessions.
• Provide on‑site and off‑site selling and service.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels.
• Collaborate with Buying and Exclusive Services teams to align offerings with client preferences.
• Network within the community to raise the profile of the role.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Established high‑value client base capable of generating at least $1.5 M in sales.
• Strong knowledge of wardrobe styling techniques.
• Exceptional ability to build empathetic, relationship‑driven sales interactions.
• Skilled at the emotional aspects of selling and connecting with clients.
• Highly collaborative, able to work with internal teams and external partners.
