Online Senior English Instructor

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Remote Senior English Instructor to join our team. You will deliver high‑quality English lessons that follow CEFR standards and support learners across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CEFR criteria.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching methods as needed.
• Collaborate with the academic team to create interactive, goal‑oriented learning experiences.
• Utilize digital teaching tools to facilitate effective online instruction.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in English teaching, language instruction and general teaching practices.
• Experience in curriculum design that conforms to CEFR standards.
• Strong writing ability for creating and refining educational materials.
• Ability to motivate and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or related field (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA preferred).
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital classroom tools.
• Prior experience with Middle Eastern learners is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for student success.
