Mechanical Technology Instructor (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Technology Instructor to deliver part‑time, hands‑on training to learners in Calamba, Laguna. The role bridges industry practice with classroom instruction, preparing students for real‑world mechanical jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs based on real‑world industry practices.
• Conduct classroom and practical hands‑on training sessions using effective methodologies.
• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
• Integrate industry scenarios and practical examples into training sessions.
• Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Provide training reports and feedback to learners.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and business teams to align training with industry needs.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and current industry demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical and Vocational Education, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of teaching, training, or instructional experience in a Technical Vocational Institute or college.
• Preferably industry experience in manufacturing, servicing, or a related technical field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured way.
• Willingness to work part‑time on an hourly basis and onsite in Calamba.
• Flexible schedule based on training requirements.
