About the role

The International Rescue Committee’s Airbel Impact Lab is seeking a Manager, Planning & Performance to lead the department’s strategic infrastructure. This role ensures that Airbel’s goals, performance metrics, knowledge sharing, and learning processes are well‑structured, efficient, and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Airbel’s annual planning cycle and OKR framework.
• Design, build, and maintain performance tracking dashboards and reporting workflows.
• Coordinate people‑operations cycles, including performance reviews, promotions, and recruitment support.
• Develop and maintain the knowledge‑management architecture to enhance discoverability of resources.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams, finance, operations, and the Director of Strategy & Delivery to align systems and processes.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, streamline data collection, and reduce manual overhead.
• Collect, analyze, and present performance data to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Solutions‑driven, passionate change‑maker with a strong strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated experience designing OKR frameworks and building performance dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage people‑operations processes such as performance reviews and promotions.
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, adaptive environment.
• Experience using AI tools for workflow automation and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
