Lifeguard – Water Sports & Safety

About the role

As a Lifeguard at Club Med Pointe aux Cannoniers you will be the guardian of safety for guests enjoying the pool and water activities. You will combine vigilant supervision with teaching water‑sport lessons, ensuring a fun and secure environment for families and individuals of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the safety of adults and children in and around the pool area at all times.
• Organise pool usage according to scheduled activities and guest demand.
• Deliver water‑sport lessons and private à la carte sessions for guests.
• Provide immediate first‑aid response and emergency rescue when required.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health, safety and maintenance standards.

Required profile

• Pedagogical attitude with the ability to teach beginners and experienced participants.
• Responsible and proactive in managing water‑sport programmes.
• Passionate about helping guests discover and improve their water‑sport skills.
• Willingness to work in an inclusive environment; positions are open to people with disabilities.
