Learning Content Designer and Curator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organised and tech‑savvy professional to join our People Development team. In this global position you will design, curate and manage digital learning content within our Learning Management System, turning business knowledge, policies and expertise into engaging online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create eLearning modules, short instructional videos, infographics, guides, job aids and podcasts using modern instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate policies, processes and technical knowledge into accessible learning resources.
• Develop interactive content with Articulate Rise and support advanced development with Articulate Storyline.
• Edit videos and screen recordings using Camtasia and produce graphics and simple videos with Canva.
• Maintain visual design standards, usability and learner experience across four learning quadrants (Risk, People, Operational, Professional).
• Manage multiple content projects, support global learning initiatives and advise stakeholders on effective learning formats.

Required profile

• Strong written English with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with an eye for modern design and engaging learning experiences.
• Experience creating digital learning content or multimedia learning resources.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and staying curious about new learning technologies.
