Junior Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Finance Controller to join the Publicis Production EMEA Hub. The role supports the finance team in budgeting, month‑end closing and ensuring accurate accounting across our multi‑country operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage payroll budgeting for the organization.
• Participate in the month‑end closing process.
• Analyse accounting records and collaborate with the Shared Service Center.
• Prepare internal calculations and analytical reports.
• Control invoicing compliance with costs and orders.
• Coordinate with Business, HR and Administration to acquire and verify data.
• Monitor obligations, payments and produce ageing reports.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in controlling, finance or reporting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Very good command of the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
