Junior Associate – Product Operations (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Junior Associate in Product Operations to help onboard and support our utility clients in Lagos. The role sits in the Product Operations unit and works closely with product, engineering and commercial teams to ensure smooth deployment of our grid‑management software.

Key responsibilities

• Support client onboarding by assisting with setup, identifying key contacts and delivering platform training.
• Coordinate with Product and Commercial teams to align onboarding activities with client needs.
• Act as a point of contact for basic client questions and platform‑related support.
• Manage operational and platform issues, ensuring they are tracked and followed up.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Gather client feedback, organize insights on platform usage and share with Product teams.
• Document processes, workflows and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken).
• Early‑career professional or career switcher with curiosity and a growth mindset.
• Basic understanding of product development and how user feedback drives improvements.
• Interest or experience in product operations, product management or customer success.

Required skills

• Familiarity with JIRA or a similar issue‑tracking tool.
